Puj Nubs Review

Friday, May 31, 2013

DISCLOSURE:  I was sent a set of Puj Nubs from Puj to try and review.  All opinions are my own.

With a family of six, the house can quickly become a wreck.  Hooks have become a big part of keeping our home organized.  We have hooks hanging by the front door to hold hoodies and jackets -- one set for the adults and one for the kids.  We have hooks in the bathrooms, to hold potty seats, bath sponges and towels.  We have hooks in our kids' bedrooms, where they can hang book bags and other things.

But, they're all pretty plain and boring.  They're either black or white.  Nothing really special.  Now, you can buy these new flexible hooks that come in fun colors!  Introducing, Puj Nubs!  Originally designed to hold the Puj Tub, they can be used to hold a whole assortment of things to help keep your home organized.

Puj Nubs
  • Clever grippy hooks
  • Peel and stick for easy installation
  • Soft and flexible material makes hanging easy
  • Removes cleanly from smooth surfaces
  • Holds up to 3 lbs
  • Adheres best to smooth surfaces
  • Perfect for hanging towels and clothes
  • Available in packs of three colors: White, Grey and Yellow; Cyan, Magenta and Yellow
These hooks can be on smooth surfaces surfaces, such as tile, glass, metal, porcelain, shower walls and kitchen appliances, like refrigerators and ovens.  They're easily removable -- just use a credit card (or some other thin object) and slide it under the edge of the Nub.  Once you lift the edge, you can peel the rest off by hand.  It's not recommended to use the Nub on dry wall or wallpaper.

We hung one of the hooks in our downstairs bathroom.  It works great for hanging a mesh sponge or the bath visor my son uses (he hates getting water in his eyes!) or even a pair of swim goggles.  You could also use it to hang towels or bath toys!

We also hung a Puj Nub in our garage.  We used it to hang a bike helmet.  We'll have to get more, though, to have one for each family member.

We hung the last one in my oldest daughter's bedroom.  She has a lot of things that could be hung up, like her backpack or jewelry or belts or headbands.  We used to it to hang up the various ribbons and awards she's gotten at school.

Would you recommend it? Yes!  While the Puj Nubs don't hold much and can't hold anything too heavy, they do make cute little hooks.  They'd be perfect for a child's bedroom.

How much does it cost?  A set of three Puj Nubs retails for $10.00.

Where can I buy it?  You can find it in baby boutiques, as well as online from retailers like the Puj website and Amazon.com.  There's also a store locator on the Puj site.
