Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies Review

DISCLOSURE:  I received free products from Smiley360 to facilitate this review.  My opinions are my own.

I'm so bad at taking vitamins.  I hate swallowing pills.  It took me forever to learn how to swallow them.  I used to chew pills and then chase it with a flavored drink and chew gum to get rid of the nasty taste.  Even after I learned how to swallow pills, I still didn't like having to do it.  When I first got pregnant and had to start taking a daily prenatal vitamin, I learned that there were gummy vitamins.  They fast became my favorite way to take my vitamins.

I recently had the opportunity to try Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies.  These vitamins provide you with the right balance of nutrients you need to support lustrous hair, healthy nails and vibrant skin.  They come in a strawberry-flavored gummy.

Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies contain vital nutrients, such as Biotin and antioxidants Vitamins E and C.  Vitamin E contributes to skin health and Vitamin C is involved in collagen production and formation, which forms the basis for vibrant skin.  Biotin helps to maintain healthy hair and support healthy nails.

I found these to be pretty tasty!  It wasn't hard to take the recommended dosage of two gummies one to two times daily.  They had a good texture and weren't too hard or too soft.  They didn't leave an after taste, which I've had issues with when trying other brands of gummy vitamins.

Right now, Nature's Bounty is encouraging people to take the Hair, Skin & Nails Challenge.  If your hair, skin and nails don't look and feel more beautiful after taking the gummies for 30 days, Nature's Bounty will refund your money.  No questions asked!

I participated in the challenge and did find that my nails were strong and seemed to grow a little faster.  My skin did seem to be a little smoother and less dry.  My hair, though, didn't seem that much different.  Granted, I pretty much torture my hair everyday by washing it, blowdrying it and using a flat iron everyday!

Would you recommend it?
Yes, I would.  I liked the taste of these and they were easy to take!  While I didn't notice dramatic changes in my hair, skin and nails, I think with continued use, I will.  Plus, I don't think it hurts to get some extra vitamins in my diet.

How much does it cost?
An 80-count bottle retails for about $6.

Where can I buy it?
It's available in all major drug stores, mass merchandisers, grocery stores and online retailers.
