I remember watching Gumby when I was growing up. I don't remember too much about the show, but I do remember some of the characters. I remember Gumby and Pokey. And I remember The Blockheads were the bad guys.
Recently, my six--year-old had showed some interest in Gumby. He had watched a few episodes of the show on Amazon Prime and so, he was pretty excited when we got the movie in the mail to review.

REVIEW
I watched the movie with my four-year-old. She was looking forward to watching it with her Gumby and Pokey figures that I had gotten at a conference last year. I was surprised by how well the movie kept her attention. I wasn't able to sit through it. The plot seemed to jump all over the place. I was kind of disappointed I thought I'd enjoy it more than I did. But, lately, that has been the case with a lot of things I loved as a kid. I can say, though, my younger kids liked it. Both my 4-year-old and 6-year-old.
