I have horrible seasonal allergies and unfortunately, I have passed that on to my kids.  My oldest two have it the worst.  Or at least, it seems that way since they're outside every chance they get!  Some days they'll come in from playing outside with puffy, teary eyes or they'll be coughing and wheezing.  Their symptoms tend to be worse in the spring and fall.  Luckily, with the use of Children's Claritin prior to their going outside, they've been able to enjoy the outdoors without suffering from allergy symptoms.

Children's Claritin is the #1 Pediatrician Recommended Non-Drowsy Allergy Brand.
Only Children's Claritin® provides Non-Drowsy 24hr Allergy Relief.  It's available in a syrup, chewables, and RediTabs.  My kids prefer the chewables.  They like the taste and it's easy for them to take.

  • 3 Children's Claritin Foldable Cinch Corner Tote Bags

The other day, we decided to spend some time outside with the kids to play.  Before heading outside, we made sure they took a dose of Children's Claritin so they could enjoy being outside.  Some of their neighborhood friends were already outside and so they wanted to be out, too.

We originally had plans to play with water balloons and take turns shooting them into a basketball hoop, but sadly, all our water balloons had holes in them!  So, instead we set up the sprinkler.  It was a hot day and the kids were eager to go put their swimsuits on and play in the water.

Playing in the sprinkler
We've had the sprinkler for years -- ever since my oldest was 1 1/2.  She's now 9 going on 10!  It's funny that even though the kids are all getting older, they have no problems playing with a Dora the Explorer sprinkler toy.

Next, we brought out our Ring Toss Set. We had bought it last year when my daughter had a carnival-themed birthday party.  The kids made a little game out of it: whoever tossed their ring onto the pegs got to go back and play in the sprinkler.

Next up was a game of Tug-of-War!  We started out with Girls

VS

Boys!  The boys won that round.  Next, we grouped them by what street they lived on.

The team my kids were on was losing terribly, so my husband jumped in at the last second to secure their victory!

We had a great time playing outside and not once did anyone sneeze or cough or complain of itchy, teary eyes.  Thanks to MomSelect and Children's Claritin for the fun play date!
