Parragon August Book Buddy Box - REVIEW

Thursday, August 4, 2016

I can't believe it's already August! Summer's almost over! With just a little over three weeks until school starts, we're trying to enjoy the rest of the kids' summer vacation. We recently received the August Book Buddy Box from Parragon. Each month, they send us a box of fun and interesting books and activity kits for my younger kids. This month's theme is Animals.

My kids enjoy getting a box each month of new books. They get so excited opening the box and looking to see what's inside.

This month, we were sent:
  • Factivity On The Go: Animal Kingdom
  • Factivity 4-in-1: Safari Animals
  • Zootopia Happy Tin

My kids love animals and going to the zoo, so this was a perfect box for them!

Factivity On The Go: Animal Kingdom

This is a cute little kit that's perfect for travel! The box opens up to reveal 3 Factivity books, 35 Underwater Wonderland stickers and 4 colored pencils.

My kids love flipping through the books to look at the pictures and they've been asking my husband and I to read them the books at night before bed.

Zootopia Happy Tin

My three-year-old really liked the Zootopia Happy Tin kit. She loves the movie and wanted to open this kit right away. Inside the tin were three activity books, stickers, a double-sided poster to color in and markers.

My son liked looking through the books.

My daughter started coloring right away.

Factivity 4-in-1: Safari Animals

Of the three things in the August Book Buddy Box, this was what my kids enjoyed the most. The kit includes an activity book, a double-sided poster to color, a double-sided puzzle to color, and 4 double-sided colored pencils.

My kids love to color so they had fun coloring in the poster.

After coloring, we worked on the puzzle together. With a little help, my 5-year-old was able to finish the puzzle by himself. He was really proud of it!

You can also flip the puzzle over and color it in.

This month's Book Buddy Box from Parragon was a lot of fun! My kids love learning about different animals and coloring is always a hit with them! You can check the books out at the links below (affiliate).
