We've been using Pampers diapers for years.  Ever since we brought home our first born 9 1/2 years ago.  Pampers Swaddlers was the brand the hospital used and what we continued to use when we brought baby home.  We did the same with our other three kids.  We used Pampers Swaddlers in the hospital and when we got home -- up until they sized out of them.  In the past, Pampers Swaddlers were only available in sizes Newborn to 3.  But, now they are available up to size 5!  This is exciting news!  With my older kids, we had to switch to a different brand of diapers, once they got too big for Swaddlers.  But, now, with my youngest, I can continue to use Pampers Swaddlers until she's ready to potty train!

Why do I like Pampers Swaddlers?

• They're soft - I believe they're the softest diaper we've ever used -- and we've used plenty of different brands.
• The wetness indicator - With other brands, you sometimes couldn't tell if there was pee in the diaper.  But, with the wetness indicator, if you see that it has changed to blue, then you know baby has a wet diaper.  And now, it's available in the larger sizes!
• The umbilical notch - Babies outgrow the Newborn size of diapers so quickly.  Often, my babies outgrew the Newborn size before their umbilical stump fell off.  The larger size diapers didn't have the notch, so we had to fold down the top of the diaper.  This didn't always provide the best protection against leaks.  Now, Pampers Swaddlers diapers include the umbilical notch in sizes 1 and 2!  Awesome news for larger babies!
• Great protection against leaks -  This is the brand that I've experienced the least amount of leaks and blowouts.  I've tried other brands but always seem to go back to Pampers.  The Swaddlers provide up to 12 hours of overnight protection.  Granted, baby isn't going to sleep that long overnight...
• They smell nice - Is that weird?  I find Pampers Swaddlers smell better than other brands of diapers.  It's more pleasant and less like chemicals.

Would you recommend it?
Of course!  I've used it for all four of my kids and have recommended it to all my pregnant friends and friends with babies.  It works well and provides great protection against leaks and blowouts.
