My kids are picky eaters. My oldest daughter is especially picky. She'll sit there and inspect her food. If she sees anything green or unfamiliar, she gets concerned and starts asking questions. She doesn't like her food touching other foods on her plate. She's just very particular. So, I worry about whether or not she's getting all the nutrients she needs.

To help fill in the gaps in her diet, I make sure she takes a multivitamin each day. She doesn't know how to swallow pills and doesn't like the texture of chewable vitamins. So, we usually buy gummy vitamins for her and her siblings to take. Recently, we had the chance to try out gummy vitamins from the natural vitamin brand, Rainbow Light.

Rainbow Light's Power Sours Multivitamin Gummies provide the essential vitamins and minerals that children need, as well as provides immune support. Power Sours contain twice the recommended daily value of Vitamin C. They come in convenient single-serve packs, each containing four gummies each. Power Sours come in four flavors: strawberry, pineapple, raspberry and lemon. They're 100% natural and do not contain any artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, preservatives, or additives. A 30-count box of Power Sours retails for $17.99.

When my daughter saw the vitamins were sour gummies, she was excited to try them. Some of her favorite candies are sour gummies. She was surprised to see that it came in little packs and even more surprised that there were four gummies inside. With other gummy vitamins she's had before, the dosage was two gummies.

My daughter thought the Power Sours tasted good. She had no complaints about the texture, but thought the lemon flavor was a little too sour for her. Overall, she liked her new multivitamins!

I also gave them a taste. They were pretty good. I think I'd be more likely to remember to take my multivitamins if they tasted like these! I might have to steal a few packets of the Power Sours from her.
