Campbell's Skillet and Slow Cooker Sauces Review

Wednesday, January 29, 2014

DISCLOSURE:  I received coupons for a free package of Campbell's Skillet Sauces and Slow Cooker Sauces from Crowdtap to try and review.  All opinions are my own.

In our family, my husband is the cook.  I'll bake, but I'm a terrible cook.  There are only a handful of dishes that I know how to make and if I do try to make something else, I have to follow a recipe.

While my husband does make the majority of our meals, there are a few days during the week where I'm responsible for getting dinner made for the family.  So, I'm always on the lookout for things that help make that task easier.

Recently, I had the opportunity to try the new Campbell's Dinner Sauces.  I was given a coupon for a free package each of the Campbell's Slow Cooker Sauces and the Campbell's Skillet Sauces.

My #DisneySide @Home Celebration Party Package Is Here!

Tuesday, January 21, 2014

DISCLOSURE:  I received free products in order to host the Disney Side @Home Celebration.  The opinions expressed here are my own.

I'm super excited!  Last week I was selected to host a party celebrating my Disney Side and today my party kit arrived!  Thanks so much to Disney Parks and MomSelect for this opportunity!

I had been stalking the UPS tracking site ever since I got notice that my package was on its way.  It's been snowing all day today and I was worried my package would get delayed.  But, yay it's here now and it's a really awesome package!

It came in a huge box.  I was home when the UPS man delivered it and opened the door as soon as he knocked.  But, he just gestured toward it and then walked back to his truck.  So, I had to get my boots on and go outside and lift it into the house.

I'm a Disney Side @Home Celebration Party Host!

Show Your Disney SideLast week, I received the most awesome news! I was selected out of thousands of applicants to host a Disney Side @Home Celebration Party!  If you ask anyone who knows me at all, they can tell you I'm a HUGE Disney fan!  If I could, I'd go to Disney World every day.  I love Disney movies and don't even mind watching Disney Jr and The Disney Channel with my kids.  And yes, I'll admit I've caught myself watching "Sofia The First" or "Austin & Ally" when my kids are no longer in the room!

So, what is "Disney Side"?  Everyone has a Disney Side.  It's that fun-loving adventurous spirit that comes out to play when you're feeling the Disney magic!  For me, it's when we take our almost annual trips to Disney World.  I love watching my kids as they experience a lot of the same rides and meeting the same characters just as I did when I was a kid.  And I love experiencing all the new attractions with them, too.  What's your Disney Side?  You can take this fun quiz to find out!

Thursday, January 16, 2014

DISCLOSURE:  I received a free Montagne Jeunesse Red Earth Clay Spa Face Mask from Influenster to try and review.  My opinions are my own.

I've only really started trying to take care of my skin in the past year or two.  I've started trying to wash my face twice a day and moisturizing.  I've started using toner and eye creams.  One thing I hadn't tried are face masks.

Luckily, I received a pretty cool new face mask from Montagne Jeunesse in my Violet VoxBox from Influenster.  Montagne Jeunesse is based in the UK and has a large line of skincare products, from face masks to body scrubs and lip balms.  I received the Red Earth Clay Spa Facial Masque.

Hershey's Spreads #SpreadPossibilities

Tuesday, January 14, 2014

DISCLOSURE:  I received a free jar of Hershey's Chocolate Spreads to facilitate this review.  My opinions are my own.

Because of my nut allergy, I've always felt left out of the Nutella craze.  So, I was pretty excited when I heard that Hershey's was coming out with their own line of chocolate spreads and that it would include a regular chocolate flavor, without hazelnuts.  I jumped at the opportunity to give it a try.

Hershey's Spreads is available in three flavors: Chocolate, Hazelnut and Almond.  I was sent a jar of the Chocolate flavor to try from Crowdtap.  Besides the obvious use of spreading the Hershey's on fruits, pretzels, and other foods, I knew I wanted to bake something with it.
