Even though, I am totally a meat eater, I think it's a good idea to eat vegetarian every now and then.  It's healthier for you.  But, sometimes, you might get tired of just eating vegetables and still want the taste of meat in your food.  That's where MorningStar Farms comes in!

MorningStar Farms makes a line of meatless products including veggie burgers, veggie chicken nuggets, veggie meatballs, entrees and meal starters.  It allows you go have some of that meat flavor but still be eating vegetarian.



The MorningStar Farms website also is a great resource for vegetarian recipes that use their products.  One recipe that I would love to try is the Southwest Skillet Supper Recipe.  It looks yummy.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup uncooked orzo pasta

1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained

1 cup frozen whole kernel corn

1 cup thick and chunky salsa

2 1/2 cups water

1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

1 package MorningStar Farms® Chik Patties® Original

2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
